You may exchange most products within 30 days from the date of our invoice, subject to the following terms and conditions.
We do not accept exchange of certain products (Non-Exchangeable Products), including:
- Any special order product that we supply to you upon your request.
- Any product that is exchanged without your having opened the package and inspected its contents (that is, you did not even open the package).
- Any product that is exchanged more than 30 days after shipping regardless of the shipping method that you choose and its shipping period.
- Any product that is not received by our office in its original brand new condition and packaging, or is damaged or missing parts, or has signs of use or misuse, or is not suitable for resale. (We accept risk of loss and title for exchange products only upon our receipt of the products. Please insure your exchange products with your shipping agent so that you may claim compensation from them in case they are damaged during transit.)
- Any product that is exchanged without fully paid postage.
- Any product that is exchanged without your original invoice.
- More than 1 copy of the same product.
- More than 2 products from the same order.
Exchange of non-exchangeable products
If you exchange any Non-Exchangeable Products:
- We will not accept their exchange nor refund you. Our receipt of such products does not constitute our acceptance thereof.
- You may request us to return the products to you at your own cost plus a USD5.00 (or SGD7.00) handling charge. Otherwise, we will dispose of your products after 30 days of receipt.
Exchange of exchangeable products
If you exchange any products that are not Non-Exchangeable, please:
- Notify us in advance so that we may assist you.
- Pack the products securely in a tough box of the right size.
- Use lots of tough packing materials to wrap and protect the products so that they do not move about within the box and can withstand rough abuse during transit.
- Include your original invoice to ensure proper exchange.
- Use a shipping service with tracking facility to protect yourself against loss or damage of your returned products during transit.

Acceptance of exchange
We will inform you in writing via email if we accept your exchange products only after we have received them.
If we accept your exchange:
- We will exchange the products to other products of the same value that you had paid provided we have stock of the products that you want to exchange for and provided you have paid the reshipping fee (minimum USD10.00 for non-Singapore addresses and minimum SGD7.00 for Singapore addresses).
- You may also request us to return the products to you at your own cost plus a USD5.00 (or SGD7.00) handling charge should you decide not to exchange the products after all.
